SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
The office will be open from 8:00 - 5:00, Monday through Thursday starting on June 14th. The office will be closed on Friday.
ALTURAS ELEMENTRAY SCHOOL'S 2009-10 YEARBOOK
The 2009-2010 Yearbook will go on sale Monday, April 5th. This year's book will have 36 color pages and will feature each class as well as Art, Music, PE and Media. The book is only $12.50 so reserve your book today. Student pictures, clipart, faculty pictures and colorful pages will all be apart of the Alturas Elementary Yearbook. There are nine books left!
PAWPRINT NEWSLETTER
The Pawprint newsletter is a monthly publication sent out to all
students, parents, faculty and staff of Alturas Elementary School. It
is a wonderful way to communicate what is happening throughout all aspects
of the school.
News From The District
MESSAGE FROM THE POLK COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD
In
an effort to reduce circulation of conterfeit U.S. monies, the school
district will no longer accept any $50 or $100 bills at any school-sponsored
events. We apologize for any inconvenience, but ask that you support
this initiative. Please plan accordingly when you attend our events.

School will dismiss one-hour early on the dates listed below. All the days listed below are on a Wednesday. Please make arrangements when picking up your children.
