This self-contained ESE classroom consists of students with moderate to severe autism. We provide a sensory rich learning environment to help our students succeed in the areas of Reading, Language Arts, Spelling and Math.
We have an ESE music teacher along with a variety of therapists that come in one or two times a week. We also have a Physical Education instructor that comes in once a day.
In the beginning of each year we establish a routine that the students follow to promote stability in our day to day activities. We have found that this stable routine helped our students to focus on academics and feel successful about their achievements.
