All Polk County home school students must complete and submit the Notice of Intent to Home School form to be registered as a home school student. The intent form can be found in the Home Education Packet. Once registered as a home school student parents have the following options:
Elementary K - 5
The student’s parent/guardian has a choice of programs
(see Appendix C in the Home Education Packet)
Middle/High School 6 – 12
The student’s parent/guardian may elect to use Polk Virtual School and/or Florida Virtual School for curriculum services.
