Mr. Duncan is starting his third year as principal.  He has been a successful school principal for three years before coming to Alta Vista.  He has high expectations for students and staff.  Mr. Duncan spends most of his day visiting classrooms and getting to know his students.

Assistant Principal: Deneece DudeckAssistant Principal: Deneece Dudeck

Ms. Dudeck has been at Alta Vista  five years.  She has a strong background in reading.  She works closely with teachers serving as a Learning Focus Solutions (LFS) Trainer, on curriculum development.  She also assists teachers with classroom management strategies and cooperative learning techniques.
