Check Out Policies

For the students' safety, we have several check out policies in place. 


Everyone who comes in to check out out a student will be asked to provide picture identification. This is done to ensure that only appropriate people are allowed to check out the student. Only people who are listed on the student's emergency card will be allowed to check out the student. If you need to make a change to your child's emergency pick up information, you must come to the school to change it. Phone calls are not an acceptable way to inform the office staff of a change in pick up information. If it is an emergency and you are unable to come to the school, you may fax a note that includes a copy of your photo identification.


There are no student check outs after 2:15 PM unless a doctor's appointment card is provided or there is an emergency.
