Elegrade Parent Log In  

Berkley teachers use the county's grade book program called EleGrade. EleGrade keeps track of all grades and attendance, giving teachers the ability to see a students' progress at a glance. Interim reports and report cards are easy with EleGrade because teachers no longer have to fill in the tedious scan sheets. Instead, the grades are pulled right out of the grade book with a few simple clicks. Elegrade also has a feature that is a big hit with parents. Using a username and password that is provided, parents can take a peek into the teacher's grade book to see their child's grades and attendance! Now you can check your child's grades as often as you like and you can be aware of any missing assignments or low grades so that you can work with your child and your child's teacher to correct any problems before they start.
If you are interested in getting a username and password to check your child's grades, you will need to download this FORM .   Since you are requesting access to confidential student records, the form must be notarized. Once the form is completely filled out (except for your child's social security number), return it to your child's teacher.  You will get an email notification with a username and password which will give you access. Please note that everything except for your child's social security number must be completely filled out in order to get your user name and password (including student I.D. number).  Incomplete forms can not be processed and will be rejected.
