Field Trip Policies and Procedures

All money and permission forms must be turned in 2 weeks prior to the field trip.

  Refunds will be given to students who do not attend the field trip.  A request must be made through the teacher, who will pass on to the financial secretary.

  Students will not be allowed to attend if they exhaust the classroom behavior plan or have a major infraction at school or on the school bus.

  Lunch accounts must be current, if the student will be eating school lunch.

  Adults must pay for their lunch before the day of the field trip (NO MONEY WILL BE ACCEPTED THE DAY OF THE FIELD TRIP).

  If you want to chaperone, you must be an approved volunteer and follow the volunteer/chaperone guidelines outlined in the Volunteer Handbook.  Approval takes about 3 weeks, so plan accordingly.

  Parents may sign their child out through the teacher, but then may not take responsibility for any other student.

  All students ride the bus and are the responsibility of the teacher and chaperones, unless they are signed out prior to leaving for the field trip.
