work book for grade 3 test prep available at Barnes & Noble.
It came highly recommended by third grade teachers.
It has excellent test practice.

you can use this site to look up lesson plans for a multitude of skills.
Of course you wouldn’t use the plans word for word but they will
definitely get you off to a good start.
The Teacher’s Exchange on

has a full supply of test practice books that would zone in exactly where he
needs the practice.
