These are websites that have a number of great activities for kids to get practice in a fun but educational way.

Spectrum – a yellow work book for grade 3 test prep available at Barnes & Noble.  It came highly recommended by third grade teachers.  It has excellent test practice.

http://www.oswego.org/testprep/index.cfm  - test practice items at various levels

http://teachers.net/lessons/ - you can use this site to look up lesson plans for a multitude of skills.  Of course you wouldn’t use the plans word for word but they will definitely get you off to a good start.

The Teacher’s Exchange on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland has a full supply of test practice books that would zone in exactly where he needs the practice.

www.polk-fl.net go to top menu bar to “education links” – this is our Polk County Schools website.  If you go to the education links they have a ton of places for you and your child to visit for extra practice.

http://www.eduplace.com/math/brain/index.html - brain teaser website – these are always fun for the kids and at the same time stretch the brain and critical thinking skills!
