Bethune Academy Teachers are being informed about Learning Focused Strategies. Fourth grade teacher, Amanda Smith led the training on the importance of having Lesson Essential Questions and Unit Essential Questions posted around the classroom. LFS is used to focus the learning of the child on a particular topic in a highly effect manner. The questions around the room serve the child as a reminder of the big questions that their immediate work is directing them to be able to answer.
