The MyPolkSchools Parent Portal

Parents can access their student’s information from any computer with an internet connection. The MyPolkSchools Parent Portal allows parents to check current grades, obtain immunization status, learn if their child had any recorded discipline or attendance issues throughout the day, check their child’s current lunch account balance, and even see what their child purchased in the lunchroom – all before their child comes home from school.

How can parents access this information? Daniel Jenkins Academy parents and eligible guardians will be able to acquire their child's PIN in the Front Office.  No notarized form is needed for the office visit. However, parents and guardians must present a photo ID. An Emergency Card must be on file at the time the PIN is issued so the school staff can verify the identity of the parent or guardian.

If parents and guardians are NOT able to come to the school to receive the PIN in person, a PIN request form can be filled out and notarized. Please write email addresses very clearly with space in between each letter. After it is turned in, please wait for our staff to verify your information and process your email.

Parents must have an email account to utilize Parent Portal Services.  Please make sure your Internet Browser is up-to-date to view the grades. Internet Explorer (version 7 or higher is recommended.)

Student Portal

NEW:  Students can access the same information as Parent Portal (along with special access to Polk Schools resources). Students know their login and are actively using this program. Please remind them to login at home to check their information regularly.
