Seniors - Graduation Announcements/Pictures
Official Senior Graduation Announcements are available for purchase at $2.00 each (includes tax). We have limited number available. See Mrs. Futch (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Mrs. McLeish (email@example.com) in the main office. There is a limited number of senior panoramic pictures available--first come; first served. See Mrs. Lavery for details.
Volunteers are needed to help with the Senior Breakfast. The event will be in our cafeteria on May 21, 2015. Assistance with preparation and serving from 7:00 - 9:00 am. Portrait Sessions are available for the Class of 2016. Follow these 3 steps: Step 1) Choose your Session Date: July 13, July 14 or July 15 (See link above for fees and package details). (Note that all sessions will take place at Kathleen Senior High School). Step 2: Call 1-800-421-3414 to schedule your appointment or go online www.prestigeportraits.com choose Kathleen HS. When you call or go online, they need to know your preferred session date. You don't have to choose your package until after you have seen your proofs. Parents and Students - Testing Calendar
We are excited to announce that the Kathleen High School 2015 Prom will take place at The MEZZ in downtown Orlando. Visit www.mezzorlando.com to check out the venue. All obligations must be cleared in order to purchase tickets. A completed Visitor Application is necessary for guests that are not enrolled at KHS. New School Policy - Effective 3/6
As a member of the KHS family, it is our expectation that every student render aid or call for proper authority when any physical/verbal altercation or medical emergency arises that involves another member of the KHS family. If a student incites, records or makes a post to social media any incident, physical/verbal altercation or medical emergency, the student will be subject to an investigation and possible punishment by administration and/or law enforcement. Punishable as follows:
*1st Offense: Automatic 10 days OSS
*2nd Offense: Transfer to Bill Duncan Opportunity School
Free Office 365 for all KHS Students
All secondary students now have access to the Office 365 Education package, which includes Office Suite Online, OneDrive cloud storage with the ability to collaborate and share documents, and 5 copies of Office 2013 for home download. Students can also access Office 365 using their mobile devices. Students will not have access to Outlook email at this time; they will continue to use their Polk Gmail. Students will log in through the www.polk-fl.net website by clicking on the Office 365 link on the bottom left of the web page, under Tools & More. Note: Students must use the Office 365 link, not the Student Portal or Webmail for Office 365 links. Office is available free until students graduate or are no longer enrolled at a qualified school. The district created a Student Guide for student assistance. Students can also use Office 365 for their mobile devices; see Office 365 for mobile devices. Student sign in-in information is:

Our KHS Media Center is open from 6:40 a.m. until first bell for Study Hall. This is open to any student looking for a quiet place to study, read, or complete assignments.
First Time Driver Traffic School
All first time drivers in the State of Florida are required to take the
Drug Alcohol Traffic Awareness (DATA) course before applying for their
license. With the DATA Course and Learners Permit Exam you will have access
to complete your DHSMV required course and learner's permit license exam
This course is required for all first-time drivers before applying for a license. A portion of the registration fee is donated to Kathleen High School!
