Our Mission

"To provide our students with specific learning experiences that prepare them to be life long learners, independent thinkers, responsible and respectful contributors to an ever-changing world.

 

 

 

Lakeland Highlands Middle School was established in 1975 and is located in Southwest Lakeland just off South Florida Avenue.  The school is an A+ school that incorporates a modified block schedule servicing students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Students are scheduled in 6 classes and a reading class.  Class attendance is based on Silver and Gold tracks that alternate each day.  Students attend reading class every day.
