*PHYSICALS
Physicals are required only on first entrance into a Florida school, unless
first entrance was below Kindergarten level, or the hard copy of the
physical cannot be located. Physicals completed out of county or
state are acceptable.
If document is questionable, please refer to your school nurse.
Religious exemptions are allowed with a written statement.
The hard copy of the physical must be sent from the previous
school. If
it is not obtained after sending for records, a new physical is required.
It is acceptable for credentialed, county Health
Department registered nurses to perform Medicaid physicals for use as
school or day care physicals.

Uniform and Dress Code Information
Bottoms: Navy, Black, or Khaki/Tan

Every school may add another collared shirt color. Our color
is Red & Hunter Green/Burgundy & Black |
The uniform dress code does not allow for clothing with colored trim,
stripes,
embroidery, decorations, etc. It also does not provide for
overalls (overall
with pants or shorts),
sweat pants, knit pants/skirts,
leggings, etc.
Other Dress Code Rules:

Shorts/skirts must be mid-thigh or longer |

Shoes must be safe, appropriate, and have enclosed heal strap
(flip flops, slides, and |

Clothes must be appropriate size, with waist of garment worn at
student's waist |

Clothing that is too tight or too loose may not be appropriate for
school. |

A
small logo is acceptable. |

Students can have any kind of back pack
that they would like. They may carry the small, drawstring type to class
but the larger back packs must stay in the lockers. |
