Students, teachers and staff use technology every day. Students may access the Internet for virtual field trips, research and using the online library catalog. They also learn basic computer skills including: keyboarding, word processing, presentation and publishing software.
The school offers an award-winning, daily morning news show produced by students using a state-of-the-art production studio. While students may volunteer to come early before school to work with the broadcasts, all students receive television production instruction. Students learn editing, camera work, anchoring, typing scripts, audio, computer graphics, and creating news sets.
Two computer labs are available where students practice math, reading, and keyboarding skills weekly.
