| An active
volunteer program is coordinated by our guidance counselor, the Title I
support teacher and a parent volunteer. All field trip chaperones
must be district approved volunteers. Call Mrs. Stokes, Guidance
Counselor, at 499-2992 or click on the link below to obtain a copy of the volunteer
application. Applications take approximately one month to be
processed by the state. Please request your volunteer applications
early.
Parent programs and student music programs are held monthly. Students have a chance to showcase their talents by performing for their parents. All are invited to the parent and student programs. Open Media Nights give parents and students a chance to read together, do arts and crafts together and to visit the computer lab. The FCAT Explorer program is also available to parents and students during Open Media Nights. This program allows parents to work with students on FCAT practice techniques at home via the Internet.
