As part of an ongoing effort to improve communication between home and school, Polk City Elementary families can provide an email address to the school, which we can then utilize to share information with you about upcoming school events, reminders, or other important information. You can list up to two email accounts where you would like to receive information from the school – perhaps a daytime/work email and a home/night time email. 

Your participation in this program is optional.  All information about school or grade level events will continue to be sent home in flyers and newsletters.  The email system will be used as a back-up communication method.

There will be a brief delay when forms are returned as we enter the email addresses in the school’s computer system.  We appreciate your involvement as we work toward our goal of improving our communication efforts by keeping families informed of school events.
