Full-Time Virtual School Registration

Registration Process

  1. Complete Polk County DVIP Registration Form (Word DOCX format).
  2. Make an appointment with the Polk County District Full-time Virtual Instructional Program staff to complete and submit all forms and documents for registration process. Click here for a full list of required documents to enroll or transfer.
  3. Receive registration approval from PCDVIP (do not withdraw student(s) from Polk County public school until you are notified of PCDVIP approval)
  4. Enroll in virtual partnership program of choice
    • Elementary (grades K-5)
    • Middle School (grades 6-8)
    • High School (grades 9-12)
