Union Academy is a magnet school. Parents must apply for their children to attend Union Academy. We accept applications from residents zoned for Bartow, Mulberry, Fort Meade, Lake Wales, and Frostproof High Schools. 

Applications are accepted during open enrollment periods. Parents can apply online from home or at Union Academy by accessing the county web site or the link below. Open enrollment periods are posted on both the Polk County School Board web site and on Union Academy’s “Special Activities” page. At times other than open enrollment, the application link will be disabled.
