Information and Directions

This new real-time software technology allows parents/guardians and students to access student information directly from the teacher’s records. All students have a unique ID number and requesting legal parents/guardians will be issued a PIN code for accessing the current classroom information.

Parents/guardians and students are provided a detailed attendance summary and a current report card. A variety of additional information may also be accessed in progress reports, such as details on an individual class performance, missing assignments, assignment and test scores, and more.

Grades are as current as the last entries made by the teacher. Grades are not necessarily posted each and everyday but attendance should be posted daily. A grade of ‘X’ shows the student was exempt of the assignment and the grade is not used in the calculation. A grade of ‘Z’ shows the student failed to turn in the assignment and a zero is used in the calculation.

Parents will need to know their 10 digit student ID number and password before they can use the viewer.
