General Information |
Orders:
There will be four order dates, June 15, July 20, September 14 and
November 2, 2009. Union Academy will notify parents of the order dates through
newsletters. RayGraphics DOES NOT ACCEPT any individual late orders.
Late orders will roll over to the next order date unless RayGraphics
states otherwise.
Claims: Any
discrepancies in orders need to be reported to RayGraphics within 48
hours, upon receipt of goods. Customers are asked to follow the strict
washing and care of garments enclosed with each order.
Payment: Payment
is to be mailed to RayGraphics, Inc. Check, money order, cashier's
check, Visa, and MasterCard will be accepted for payment. Cash will not
be accepted.
Returned Checks:
There will be a $20.00 charge for all returned checks.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped via UPS. All orders will be charged a $7.50
shipping and handling fee per order. It is not recommended to order one
piece at a time.
