1st. Sgt. Ronald Reece
1SG (Ret) Ron Reece, AI at Winter Haven High School, Winter Haven Florida was presented with three major awards on October 2, 2006. A 12 year veteran of JROTC who served 22 years on active duty including four in the USMC.
1SG Reece was presented with a Commander's Award for Public Service for his selection as Sixth Brigade Instructor of the Year for 2006, selected as the Winter Haven High School Teacher of the Year for 2006-07, and honored as Florida's recipient of the US Department of Education's American Stars of Teaching Award.
