New Location for Media Center: Due to the construction on campus, the media center has moved to Room 10.

About Us: We offer print and non-print resources including books, 40 magazine, newspaper, and online sources.

Hours: The media center is open from 6:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday and from 6:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. on Friday. Students may also visit the media center during all lunch periods.

Book Circulation: Students may check out 3 books for a two-week period and may renew them as needed. Reference books may be checked out overnight.

Renewals: All items may be renewed unless another patron has requested them.

Overdue Books: Students are given a date due card to remind them of when books are to be returned. It is the student's responsibility to return overdue books whether or not an overdue notice has been received.

Copies and Printing: Students may print and copy the first 5 pages free, then $.05 per page is charged.

Computers: The media center has 30 Internet accessible computers available for student use in the main part of the media center.

WHHS School Identification: School IDs can be made before and after school or during school with a pass from the classroom teacher. The cost is $5.00 which includes the ID, a WHHS lanyard, and clear cover for the ID. School IDs are to be worn at all times when on the WHHS campus during regular school hours.

Student Use of the Media Center:

  • A pass signed by a teacher and a school ID are required to enter during class periods.
  • During lunch, before, and after school, a pass is not required.
